In this interlocutory appeal, we review a Superior Court decision granting summary judgment in' favor of the insurers in a dispute over whether liability insurance coverage is available for tobacco-related injuries. The appellant, Liggett Group, Inc. (“Liggett”), brought suit against several of its general commercial liability insurers seeking coverage, and asserting a duty to defend, for hundreds of tobacco product liability lawsuits in which it is a defendant.
