By this action the plaintiff seeks to enjoin the defendant from discontinuing the supply of natural gas to the plaintiff at the rate provided in a contract between the Wichita Natural Gas Company, to which the defendant is successor, and Lee Williams and Lelia Williams, his wife, grantors to the plaintiff. Judgment was rendered on the pleadings for the plaintiff as prayed for, and the defendant appeals.
