This is an action in replevin brought by the plaintiff, Swift Lumber & Fuel Company, a corporation, vendor under contracts of conditional sale, against the defendants, Arnold C. Koenig, vendee in default, ai\d Clemma Hunt Elwanger, to recover one Frigidaire compressor, seven cabinets and coils, pipes, tubes, brackets and fittings; one triple service boiler, oil burner, thermostat, pipes, tubes and fittings; and one 600-gallon oil tank; the defendant *741Elwanger being the record owner of the property in which same were installed.
