This is an action to cancel a judgment entered in the district court on a justice court transcript, to recall the execution thereon and to enjoin its enforcement. The trial court sustained demurrers to the complaint and entered judgment dismissing the same and for costs. Plaintiff, electing to stand on his complaint, is here seeking reversal.
