PERRY, Chief Judge.

Manuel D. Bojorquez appeals from the district court’s order summarily dismissing his application for post-conviction relief. We affirm.

BACKGROUND

On November 8, 1996, Bojorquez entered an Alford1 plea of guilty to one count of delivery of a controlled substance. On January 7, 1997, the district court sentenced Bojorquez to a term of five years, with three years fixed, and retained jurisdiction.
