Opinion

TAMURA, Acting P. J.

Petitioner seeks a writ of mandate to set aside an order compelling her to arbitrate a wrongful death claim for the death of her husband allegedly resulting from medical malpractice comhiitted by Kaiser Foundation Hospital and Southern California Permanente Medical Group (hereafter defendants). The trial court ruled that petitioner was bound by the arbitration provisions of the master contract of a Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (Kaiser Plan) in which decedent had enrolled himself and petitioner. We issued an alternative writ and order to show cause.
