BACKGROUND

In this action, filed in March 2018, plaintiff Donald McQueen seeks relief pursuant to various provisions of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1692 et seq., against attorney Lee Huddleston, doing business as Hud-dleston and Huddleston, Attorneys at Law, based on allegations involving defendant’s attempts to collect on a debt that plaintiff contends was satisfied in 2006.
