Plaintiffs Avrohom Gerstle and Phillip Couser bring this putative class action against defendants National Credit Adjusters, LLC (“NCA”), International Financial Services, Inc. (“IFS”), Richard Smith, Mark Huston, Bradley Hochstein, Mark Fletchall, Kevin Emmerich, Charles Hy-ter, and Jackie Fagan alleging the collection, or attempted collection, of usurious debt.
