MEMORANDUM OPINION

LAMBERTH, District Judge.

Plaintiff, a visual and performance artist, challenges the constitutionality of provisions of the federal anti-counterfeiting statutes, requesting declaratory and injunctive relief. 2 Defendants 3 have filed a motion to dismiss, and the parties have filed cross-motions for summary judgment. For the reasons stated below, defendants’ motion for summary judgment is granted. 4
