In an aetion for a separation, defendant husband appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, 'Suffolk County, entered June 1, 1965 upon the court’s decision after a non jury trial, in plaintiff’s favor. Judgment reversed on the law and the facts, without costs, and complaint dismissed, without costs. The findings of fact which may be inconsistent herewith are reversed and new findings are made as indicated herein. In April, 1964, the parties had been married approximately 45 years.
