This is an application for a review of the decision of the trial court in Rohner Gehrig & Co., Inc. v. United States, Reap. Dec. 5467. The merchandise the subject of the appeal to reappraisement consists of one exhaust supercharging blower, type VTx, with accessories, exported from Brown, Boveri & Co., Ltd., of Baden, Switzerland, in September 1939. The article was invoiced at $2,192 which included packing to the value of $20 and upon entry the importer added $960 under the authority of section 503 (b) of the Tariff Act of 1930 to meet advances made by the appraiser in a test…
