MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ON THE UNITED STATES TRUSTEE’S MOTION TO DISMISS

The United States Trustee (the Trustee) has filed a Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to Section 707(b) in this case. See Dckt. No. 21 (December 18, 2006).
