MEMORANDUM OPINION

I. INTRODUCTION

The Court has before it the Motion of United States Trustee for Order Dismissing Case under 11 U.S.C. § 707(b)(2) or 11 U.S.C. § 707(b)(3) (Doc. No. 17) (the “Motion”). After a preliminary hearing on November 5, 2007, the Court denied the Motion in part with respect to certain claims of the United States Trustee (the “UST”) under 11 U.S.C. § 707(b)(2) 1 (Doc.
