Now before the Court in the above-referenced adversary proceeding are competing motions for summary judgment: a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment filed by the Plaintiff, Bob Anderson, the Chapter 7 Trustee (the “Trustee”) and two motions for summary judgment filed by the Defendants, Suresh Chainani and Dr. John Crabill (the “Defendants”).
