OPINION
{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Tina M. McDowell, appeals from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, whereby the trial court convicted appellant of aggravated murder, aggravated robbery, and tampering with evidence, pursuant to a jury trial.
{¶ 2} The Franklin County Grand Jury indicted appellant on one count of aggravated murder, in violation of R.C. 2903.01, alleging, in pertinent part, that appellant purposely caused another's death while committing or attempting to commit aggravated robbery.
