D. P. Koshivas Construction Co. v. Finn

This is an action in one count to recover for a balance of $1,145.00, for services performed pursuant to an oral agreement alleged to have been made by Joseph M. Finn acting on his own and/or acting on behalf of the Joseph M. Finn Construction Company.
