Frank R. DiPietro filed a complaint in Superior Court against his former employer, Sipex Corporation (Sipex), claiming that it had breached a written employment agreement because he was terminated “without cause” as defined therein or, alternatively, that he had resigned for “good reason” as defined, because Sipex had materially breached the agreement and materially reduced his title or reporting responsibilities.
