Defendant Board of Trustees of the City of Calumet City Policemen’s Pension Fund (the Board) appeals from an order of the circuit court which, on administrative review, reversed the Board’s decision to revoke plaintiff Steven A. Rhoads’ not-on-duty disability pension.
