This case involves the question of whether National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, Pa. owes coverage for damages caused by Puget Plastics Corporation (“Puget”) and its parent company, Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (“ASRC”) to Intervenor Defendant-Appellant, Microtherm, Inc.
