Appellee, George Virgin, as administrator of the estate of John Virgin, deceased, filed in the County Court of Morgan County his petition for an order to sell the real estate of decedent to pay debts, the petition being in the usual form, and after stating all the jurisdictional facts properly, among other things alleges, that the just debts of decedent amount to about $90,000, of which about $62,000 thereof is secured by various mortgages made by decedent upon his lands, and that the balance is unsecured; that there is a deficiency of personal estate to pay debts.
