This is a suit in the nature of a creditor’s bill brought by the Lincoln Savings & Loan Association, appellant, to set aside a deed to half of two lots in Sidney, Nebraska, and to subject it to execution on a judgment in its favor against Louis Mann, the grantor, on the ground that the deed was fraudulent as to creditors. The parties named as defendants consisted of Louis Mann and Blanche Mann, grantors, and the grantee, Carrie M. Martin, who is a sister of Blanche Mann.
