Plaintiff appeals from the dismissal of her complaint in this suit for personal injuries. Held:

The complaint was filed near the expiration of the period provided by the applicable statute of limitation but service of process did not occur within the five days allowed by Code Ann. § 81A-104 (c) (Ga. L. 1966, pp. 609, 610; 1967, pp. 226, 227, 228, 249; 1968, p. 1036; 1968, pp. 1104,1105; 1969, p. 487; 1972, pp. 689-692) nor within the period of the statute of limitation. Whether defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint as barred by the statute of limitation should be granted…
