RUTLEDGE, Associate Justice.

The District Court revoked letters of administration issued to appellant Burke and ordered that certain costs be assessed against him personally. The appeal has been taken to review these actions. The principal question concerns accountability for the value of the good will of a funeral business owned and operated by the decedent, Ellen Taltavull, at the time of her death in 1935.
