*1424Appeal from a judgment of the Oswego County Court (Spencer J. Ludington, A.J.), rendered July 15, 2009. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of attempted forgery in the second degree and grand larceny in the fourth degree.
It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
