Davis, J.), entered August 24, 1990, which, inter alia, granted the motion of defendant Gainsborough Studios, Inc., for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, cross-claims and counterclaims against it, modified, on the law, to reverse that portion of the order which granted Gainsborough summary judgment on plaintiff’s cause of action under Labor Law § 241 (6), and to deny the motion as to that cause of action and the cross-claims and counterclaims, and otherwise affirmed, without costs.
