Plaintiff, Jane C. Nagel, individually and as administratrix of the estate of Ralph Nagel, commenced an *4action against Edward Metzger, Doris Metzger, A-T-O, Inc. (A-T-O), T.W. Truck Equippers, Inc. (T.W. Truck), and Bethlehem Steel Corporation (Bethlehem), to recover money damages for the alleged wrongful death and conscious pain and suffering of her husband, Ralph Nagel.
