BILLINGS, Judge.

Defendant William Scott Sours was jury-tried and convicted of three counts of receiving stolen property in violation of § 570.080, RSMo 1978. The trial court granted his motion for a new trial as to count two 1 and the State dismissed that charge. Sentence and judgment were entered on counts one (felony) and three (misdemeanor) and this appeal followed. 2 We affirm.
