This matter is before the Court upon the objection by Valley Vue Joint Venture, a Virginia general partnership (the “Debt- or”), to a proof of claim filed by S.W. Rodgers Co., Inc., a Virginia corporation (“Rodgers”), in the amount of $1,000,000. Rodgers’ claim results from its reimbursement of a bank which honored a standby letter of credit issued for the account of Rodgers.
