On December 1, 2010 Arna Vodenos filed this Chapter 11 bankruptcy case and on January 14, 2014 she confirmed her Plan of Reorganization. Youval Ziv was *788not listed on the creditor matrix or given notice of the actual filing of the bankruptcy, although he was aware that Vodenos intended to file so as to strip two junior liens from a piece of real property in which he resided and in which he claimed a contractual interest.
