Appellee brought this action in the circuit court of Calhoun county against appellant to recover on a draft for two thousand two hundred fourteen dollars and fifty-six cents theretofore drawn by appellant in favor of ap-pellee and dishonored by the appellant when presented for payment, which draft represented the amount of fire loss suffered by appellee on his residence and household and kitchen furniture.
