In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., as a result of defendants’ breach of the warranty of habitability, defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 9, 1979, which denied their motion for summary judgment. Order affirmed, with $50 costs and disbursements. The plaintiffs tenants, over *581about a three-week period, had asked the defendant landlord Anthony Moore to repair a living room window which could not be opened.
