Contrary to his pleas, appellant was convicted by a general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members of wrongful possession and use of drug abuse paraphernalia, three specifications of wrongful use of methamphetamine, four specifications of wrongful distribution of methamphetamine, three specifications of wrongful possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and breaking restriction in violation of Articles 92, 112a and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 892, 912a and 934.1 His sentence included confinement for 4 years, reduction…
