Cecil Campbell petitions for review of the order of the United States Department of Labor Benefits Review Board (BRB) denying his claim for black lung benefits. For reversal, petitioner argues that (1) the decision of the administrative law judge (ALJ) that the medical evidence of record failed to establish a totally disabling respiratory or pulmonary impairment for purposes of invoking the interim presumption under 20 C.F.R. § 727.203(a)(4) was not supported by substantial evidence; (2) because there were qualifying and conforming ventilatory studies of record, the…
