MEMORANDUM
DAVIS, District Judge.
The plaintiffs, Ossama Nagy, Sherif M. Saad, Nooshin Soozangar and Shagufla Azad, are four non-United States citizens having Arabic ancestry. In their second amended complaint, they allege that defendant Baltimore Life Insurance Company and one of its affiliated insurance compa nies (together, “Baltimore Life”) discrimi-natorily, in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1981, rejected their applications for life insurance on the basis of race and alienage.
