This is a suit at law, brought by Charles II. Steffey, Incorporated, plaintiff, a .real estate company, against John S, Bridges, defendant, in the Baltimore City Court, to recover certain commissions alleged to be due and owing the plaintiff for services rendered in securing and procuring a tenant for certain property belonging to the defendant, and situate at Maryland Avenue and Oliver Street, Baltimore City.
