In these consolidated matters, petitioner Felix Sanchez Rodriguez-Heredia, a native and citizen of Mexico, petitions for review of two decisions of the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). In No. 10-9531, he seeks review of the BIA’s dismissal of an appeal from a decision by an immigration judge (IJ) denying his request for a change in custody status.
