KING, Chief Judge:

Defendants-Appellants, the Houma Municipal Fire and Police Civil Service Board, and board members Pat McKey, Timothy Wallace, Johnny Lopez, Joe Roy, David Falgoust, and Craig Landry, appeal from the district court’s denial of Defendants-Appellants’ summary judgment motion. They argue that the district court’s holding that they were not entitled to absolute quasi-judicial immunity in their “official capacities” was erroneous. We find no fault with the district court’s denial of absolute quasi-judicial immunity for the Board and its members sued in their official capacities…
