The instrument, propounded by Joseph R. Wnuk for probate, was on a printed form generally used as a warranty deed to convey real property. At the time of the execution of the instrument on November 16, 1927, Josephine Wnuk had been a widow, and since the death of her husband in 1913, she lived, until her death in 1947, with her son Joseph in a residence located on the property de scribed in the instrument.
