Anna Langville, appellant here, was granted a divorce a vinculo matrimonii from her husband, John Langville, on April 20, 1943, by the Circuit Court No. 2 of Baltimore. City. The court awarded the custody of a fourteen year old child to her, and ordered that the defendant pay $8 per week “through the Probation Department of the Supreme Bench” for the support of said child, until the child should become self-supporting, “all subject to the further order of the court in the premises.” It was further ordered that the defendant pay $90 “representing accrued arrearages due for the support of said…
