Adams v. Hoskins

This is the fourth time the controversy involved in this litigation has been before this court. In 1921, Cora Adams, one of the plaintiffs in error 'herein, as plaintiff, instituted an action in the district court of Okmulgee county against the defendants herein, wherein she sought to recover the possession of the same lands involved in this action.
