Plaintiffs are a firm consisting of Harry Ginsberg and his two sons, Charles and Sydney, engaged in the business of buying and selling horses located and having stables in the city of Detroit. On March 30, 1917, they shipped a car load of horses, 13 in number, from Decatur, Indiana, to Detroit, where they arrived at defendant’s station- at the foot of 12th *668street on Sunday, April 1, 1917, at about 8:30 a. m. and were at once unloaded.
