MEMORANDUM OPINION

ARTHUR B. FEDERMAN, Chief Judge.

Fourteen former salaried employees of Debtor AcoustiSeal, Inc., have filed a Mo tion for Severance Pay as Administrative Expense, as well as two amendments to such motion. Both the Debtor and the Official Unsecured Creditors Committee oppose the employees’ motion. This action was heard on December 20, 2002. On January 8, 2003, the case was converted to Chapter 7 and Bruce Strauss was appointed trustee.
