This suit was brought to recover for injuries alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the J. W. Putts Company, a corporation, the defendant below and appellee in this Court, and as the case was withdrawn from the jury at the close of the plaintiff’s testimony on the ground that there was no “evidence in the case legally sufficient to entitle the plaintiff to recover under the pleadings,” it will be necessary to refer to the pleadings and evidence.
