ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

JENKINS, District Judge.

INTRODUCTION

This case arises from the employment relationship between Plaintiff Jerry H. Love and his employer, Defendant Motion Industries. Plaintiffs complaint alleges eight causes of action ranging from wrongful termination in violation of California’s whistle-blower protection law to intentional infliction of emotional distress. Defendant here moves for summary judgment on all claims. For the reasons that follow, the Court grants Defendant’s motion in its entirety.
