The appellee instituted this suit in the chancery court of Chickasaw County to enforce a mechanic's lien for labor done and materials furnished in connection with the repair of a wrecked automobile belonging to George Allen, a nonresident, and the bill of complaint also alleges that the Universal Credit Company of Detroit, Michigan, "is claiming some interest in said automobile but that the complainant is not advised as to whether or not its claim is just, reasonable or due."
