OPINION

MURRAY, Justice.

This is an appeal by the defendant, Narragansett Electric Company (Narragansett), from a Superior Court judgment entered in favor of the plaintiff, Jacqueline Sacco.1 The court found that an easement *1154in favor of the plaintiff existed over a portion of real property owned by Narragansett. On appeal, the defendant challenges the court’s findings concerning the existence and location of the easement. We affirm.
