delivered the opinion of the court. The question in this cause arises under the will of Cornelius Glen, bearing date the *28th of August, 1809. The lessors of the plaintiff claim the premises in question under the residuary devise to them in trust, for the purposes therein mentioned, and the defendant, John L.
