This was an action brought by the Wyandotte Lpan& Trust Company, as plaintiff, against W. H. H. Freeman, defendant. The action was commenced before a justice of the peace; the case was continued until September 15, 1892, at nine o’clock a.m. The record shows that the defendant appeared in person, and that the case 'was dismissed for want of prosecution.
