MORRIS, Judge.
In November 1925 John Hendrickson and Anna Hendrickson, his wife, “in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and Other Valuable Consideration” executed a warranty deed conveying 400 acres of land in Mountrail County to Henry G. Syverson. The deed is dated November 7, 1925, acknowledged by the grantors November 20, 1925, in the State of Washington, and was recorded in the office of the register of deeds of Mountrail County, North Dakota, November 27, 1925. It bears three dollars in revenue stamps.
