By stipulation these two appeals are considered together. One seeks to review by certiorari an order of the industrial commission awarding benefits under the workmen’s compensation act (L. 1937, c. 64, § 5, 3 Mason Minn. St. 1938 Supp. § 4272-5). The other is an appeal from an order of the district court of Brown county denying interveners’ motion to amend a prior order of that court directing the distribution of the proceeds of a settiement under the death by wrongful act statute. 3 Mason Minn.
